Who keeps the copy right on my music?
You sign a distribution contract only. That means that the copyright of your music and artwork will stay on you and the people who made the music and the music production respectively.
You can cancel the distribution contract at any time - there's a period of cancelation of 8 weeks only. You are free to go where you want if you think there's a chance for more.
